Rebranding Problem and solution

The original logo for CJ’s brand was visually complicated and lacked instant recognition. It didn’t translate well across platforms or capture attention in the quick-glance world of modern media. It needed to be simplified, memorable, and versatile, something that could live as strongly on a social profile picture as it could on event banners or merchandise.

We went back to the essence of the brand: CJ. By focusing on a bold, streamlined lettermark, we created a logo that is clean, recognizable, and full of energy. The closeness of the letters “C” and “J” emphasizes unity and community, while the dynamic typography conveys movement and anticipation.

To extend its impact, we also developed a personal brand version of the CJ logo, a simplified adaptation that works as his individual mark. This variation allows him to present himself as a personality while staying tied to the broader brand identity.
